As with any payment card or account, Curve comes with its own spending limits.

## **How to check your Curve spending limits**

You can check your Curve spending limits at any time in the Spending Power section of your Curve Pay app, by selecting **Launchpad >** [**Curve Pay Card**](https://onelink.curve.com/1WAh/w3cfdz2w) **\> Spending Power.**

## **How to increase your Curve spending limits**

Sometimes transactions can be declined because you reached your Curve account spending limits. Such spending limits apply to protect you from unauthorised transactions. 

If you're a new customer, you may be able to increase your Spending Power by verifying your account. To do this, just head to **LaunchPad >** [**Curve Pay Card**](https://onelink.curve.com/1WAh/w3cfdz2w) and select **Begin Identity Verification** to upload the necessary documents.

However if you're an existing customer and have already verified your identity, you can get in touch with our Support Team who can check if you're eligible to increase your Spending Power further.
